Need to Know

• Tip: Wear comfortable and athletic clothes for this experience.
• The names of the guests booked for the skydiving experience must match the names on their passports. Any changes to the names after the booking has been processed will be charged at AED 300 per name and must be paid at the time of check-in.
• Women weighing more than 90kgs/198lbs, women with a BMI greater than 27.5, men weighing more than 100kgs/220lbs, and men with a BMI greater than 30 are restricted from participating in this experience.
• The experience is not accessible for pregnant women, guests with epilepsy, fits, severe head injury, recurrent blackouts or giddiness, disease of the brain or nervous system, high blood pressure, heart or lung disease, dislocated shoulder or other limb(s), recurrent weakness, diabetes, mental illness, and drug or alcohol addiction.
• Guests are not allowed to assign their tickets to someone else.
• All guests are required to be 18 years of age or above (according to the Gregorian calendar) on the day of tandem skydive.
• If the venue cancels your Skydive experience due to operational reasons within less than 6 hours of your booked slot, you will not be eligible for a refund for the transfers.
• One-way premium transfer is available from the hotels within the following 3 zones: Zone 1 (Downtown, DIFC, Business Bay), Zone 2 (JBR, Marina, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Barsha), and Zone 3 (Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Deira)
• From Jul 8 to Aug 31, Skydive Palm dropzone will open one hour later, with the first check-in at 6am. Bookings for 5:15am, 5:30am, and 5:45am have been rescheduled to 6am.

Cancellation Policy

• These tickets can't be cancelled. However, they can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the experience begins.
