Need to know

• Tip: Plan out your day in advance. Aquaventure is a massive waterpark and it's recommended to start in the morning to enjoy all the rides and activities.
• Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult (aged 18 and above). Children under 2 years are given complimentary access to the Dolphin Meet & Greet. A maximum of 3 children under 12 years per adult is accepted.
• Keep in mind cameras, jewelry, hair accessories, or any loose accessories are not allowed in the water for the safety of the animals. Pack wisely!
• If you are pregnant or have any severe medical conditions, you should consult with your physician before booking the experience.
• All guests must arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. If a participant arrives 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, they will be considered a “no show”.
