• Tip: Complete your visit to the Palm in the morning, and beat the heat of the strong afternoon sun with some splashing fun at Aquaventure!
• Please enter at the time slot you have booked. You can not enter during prime hours with a non-prime hour ticket.

• Your safety comes first so visitors with injuries (casts, bandages, etc.), contagious diseases, back issues, cardiac issues, and pregnant people are restricted from participating in this experience.
• Bring your speedos, one or two-piece swimsuits, burkinis, and rash guards along with you.
