Need to know

• Tip: Make sure to wear sunscreen at all times!
• Note: Upon arrival, you will see an Information Centre, where a host will confirm the details of your reservation. It is mandatory for every participant to bring their original passport or Emirates ID to be presented at the counter. Please print or download the instructions, map, and directions. It is mandatory that you report to the welcome center 30 minutes before your scheduled activity.

• The Jais Flight experience is restricted for guests weighing less than 40kg and more than 120kg, shorter than 130cm.
• The Jais Sky Tour experience is restricted for guests weighing less than 40kg and more than 100kg, shorter than 130cm.
• Participants under the age of 18 who meet the height and weight requirements can do the tour on their own but will need to be accompanied by an adult and present a signed waiver by a parent or legal guardian in order to do so.
• All participants must be in good medical condition to be able to take this tour.
• This experience should not be done under the influence of narcotics, spirits, or any other substances that impair judgment.
• Strict Dress Code: Athletic clothes with sturdy, good-grip trainers, running shoes, or closed-toe shoes. It is not allowed to wear dresses, skirts, flip flops, or loose footwear.
